YORK OUTDOOR GROUP –PROGRAMME

We are a friendly, welcoming outdoor & social group. Members range mainly from mid-20s to mid-40s. Activities include walking, cycling, weekends away, (as well as theatre trips, films, meals & pub nights). Announcements & updates are given at the twice-monthly pub meetings.

All SUNDAY WALKS meet at Nunnery Lane Car Park (NLCP) at 9am unless stated

All EVENING CYCLE RIDES meet at Nunnery Lane Car Park (NLCP) at 7pm unless stated

Walks are 10-14 miles long unless otherwise described. We share cars where possible. Walkers should come suitably equipped with essential items such as walking boots, waterproofs, warm clothing, packed lunch and something to drink. Walks vary in length and difficulty. Meeting point for Sunday walks and Cycle Rides is Nunnery Lane Car Park, unless otherwise stated. Some walks may be unsuitable for dogs. Please contact the walk leader for details.
